Anyone know how to get in touch with okuma ...i got a komodo reel 254v that needs the clicker for the tension knob...when i put model and foot number in the website it jumps all around website is jacked or something tia

    Thks never thought to call ...do so much  with emails....but okuma customer service is great they sending me the whole cast control setup free ...under the warrenty i said i dont have s reciept its second hand..still ok there service reminds  me of abu ...no question just part number and address ..all done
