I'm looking for a new spinning reel and noticed the Pfluegers use a screw in type handle. I'm wondering if they are the same threads as a Daiwa or Shimano, I couldn't find anything from Google and like the ability to customize my reels a little to keep them interesting. Thanks!

It's an interesting question...so I went downstairs and compared handles from my Miravel-2500, President XT-30 and Supreme-30

Then did the same with my President-25, Ultegra-1000 and Miravel-1000

 

The Pflueger screw is slightly larger than the Shimano screw...so no, you can't interchange them

 

Don't know about Daiwa - don't own any
