You don’t need a BFS reel to cast 3/16 oz, as that is nowhere close to being a finesse weight. Use any of the reels you have

Forgot to mention that I will also be using the reel for weightless texas rigged plastics also like creatures, flukes and senkos. Weightless standard sized fluke with 8-10lb line is about as finesse/light as I will go for weightless plastics. 

5" senkos are heavy, 12gms if I remember correctly. Zoom fluke 4gms.
