From snow blowing to power raking.

Featured Replies

Last few days have been interesting for us. We thought we were in for an early Spring. Grass was greening, flowers starting to come out. Then last week we got hit with the Nor Easter. High winds, several inches of snow, no power for four days ( thankfully we have a genny). Biggest pain in the but was tree branches every where. I managed to snow blow with out busting shear pins but I had to stop many times to remove tree branches.

Then the power came back on, the sun came out, and the snow just disappeared. Yesterday I swapped the tractor over for yard work and today I played tree branch, pine cone, etc. pick up.

Last week, looking down my driveway.

Going around the yard " power raking" everything into piles. The rakes on the bucket are really for dethatching but work great for this.

From here I remove the rake and pick up the piles with the bucket, to be dumped on another part of the property.

Worst part is I was scheduled to pick up the boat out of storage when all this went on. I had to reschedule for next week.

   thanks for looking.

Nice ~

I get it.

I have actually shoveled the last few piles of snow off the lawn in early May,

so I could apply weed & feed Fertilizer later that same day.
