Lost the Quantum manual

I am trying to make better use of my Quantum baitcaster, but cannot locate the manual that came with it. My question is a basic one - when starting with fresh adjustments for a new lure, does the Mag dial "start" at 0 or 10? I can cast a 5" Senko plastic about 60 feet now, but I want to make sure I am on the right track. Thanks in advance.

    When ever you do a new setup on a reel, always start with a (0) zero setting on mags, and centrificale brakes.
