I went first thing this morning to Academy's and the monkey jumped on my back as soon as the doors opened!!! Darn thing is getting fat too by the way!!

Anyway, I was looking at the reels when he started to whisper sweet nothings into my ear. To make a long, painfull story short......I walked out $250.00 poorer. Darn monkey.

Quantum PT reel, some jigs, and Zoom Lil Critter Craw......etc....

I've caught a few bass on those Lil critter crawls.

Let's just say that Mr Monkey and I are on very good terms right now.

Going to Charlotte on Monday, would love to go to BPS, but I don't know if my wallet can stand it.

I am going to use those craws as trailers for my jigs and chatterbait.  I can't wait to see what happens!!

I use and like them, my only complaint with them is, in the rocky rivers I fish the paint on the heads doesnt hold up as well as others do.

That stinks.  I guess you could always paint back over the heads??

What type of paint do you use? And is it better than the paint that originally came on it?
