Woke up this morning to go fishing and opened the door. Door snapped my fury rod today. I’m taking it to a dobyns dealer. Buddy of mine told me to just trash it and get a new rod. Thoughts?

Warranty is for manufacturing defects causing a failure.  Dobyns might offer a discounted replacement. 

I broke a Tatula today pulling a wacky senko out of weeds.  Broke between the 2 feet on a double footed guide.  I've never seen that happen. 

Just upgraded and bought sierra. Donated the rod to local tackle shop.

Funny I read the title and thought to myself...wow someone actually managed to break a fury while fishing...

My Sierras feel a little slower than the Furys do. I love em. Sucks you broke your rod though. 

Been there except I actually walked right into my door and broke the tip off my fury. Dobyns sent me a new one for like half price.
