My 2 years old Ultra XL rod ( one of my favorites ) lost 1 of the ceramic rings in the 4th guide. I e-mailed the warranty service requesting a matching guide with the intention of having one of the local rod builder fixing it for me.

A few days later I got a call from the owner Ken Whiting, he asked me a couple of questions about the model and didn't say much more.....today a BRAND NEW rod was at my front door.

I still can't believe it......I've never been treated  like this by any other rod or tackle company period!!!!!

Way to go Airrus. I'm ready to order a Puls-R

That's exactly why I've switched all of my rods over to Airrus. I got to spend a little time with Ken recently and he is a very interesting and knowledged person. And he will take time to speak to you, accually perfers it over emails.

Yup arrius rules if u ask me neve rhad no probs yet with um but these  G loomis guys talk about great service haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa  what a laugh u send them 50 dollars and they send u a new one  too funny that aint service take that 50 and go buy a shimano convergance then u dont have to send 50 to anyone just go to ur local shimano dealer Airrius does have the best service and some of the best rods for your money the best deals out there   in rods are shimanos and arrius more features more serivce = more time fishing
