C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan–ATLAS) is a comet from the Oort clouddiscovered by the Purple Mountain Observatory in China on 9 January 2023 and independently found by ATLAS South Africa on 22 February 2023.

So have any of y’all saw it, photographed it? Found it and shot it tonight. IMG_1516.jpeg.17f33a808b0b9c2286be615ffadb99eb.jpegIMG_1519.jpeg.a9ceff220f7855da7fe174949f0a19c9.jpegIMG_1524.jpeg.d959b9b43b524ebdbe8af487197e6861.jpeg

Aware of it for a while now - but I'm not in a good location for star-gazing....it's not the light pollution, it's all the trees. With my current ankle situation, I can't walk far, and lugging my 6" Newtonian is definitely a no-go.

Thanks for the pics though...I'll have to 'stargaze' vicariously through others for now.
