Anyone using a Saint Croix 6'10 mlxf for smaller jerkbaits?

I’ve thrown MB X-80 Trick Darters on my LTB and it does a good job with them. It’s a stout rod for a ML with a nice tip action

Ive got a Victory 6'10 MLXF.  That soft tip really hurts its sensitivity, especially on slack line , so Ive relegated it to small cranks, JBs and spybaits, which it does really well.  That tip is perfect for JBs and the rod is soft enough to keep small trebles pinned.
