Hoping someone can help me ID this flat bottom boat or what its design is for. I think this boat was made to fish rivers in PNW? I'm also interested how much of a motor I should be looking at, boat is 16' by 6'8". Its heavy, according to the title weight is 3300.

Yes this looks like a shallow river sled.  We have them all over the PNW.  These flat bottom sleds have a purpose - shallow river running with an outboard pump.   They are not a comfortable ride with that flat bottom.

 

I see many converted to propped motors.  They step on plane easy.  I would get a true scale weight then decide on motor hp.
