Is the gt56 Garmin worth it?

Featured Replies

I’m really curious if the gt56 Garmin is good? I’ve owned it since last year just not good with the settings and how to look for fish. This year I plan on trying a lot to learn more about it and live scope.

Which unit is it connected to - the GT-56 is the updated transducer...it sends/receives a clearer signal than the GT-54.

Livescope is an add-on and will replace your transducer and add a black-box that processes the data and sends it to the screen via an Ethernet connection.

Soi have both devices lvs34/gt56 the screens I have are 126sv and a 106sv. I have the livescope hooked to the 126sv and the gt56 hooked to the 106sv. I just need to learn how to use them and what settings I have them already all hooked up.
