Hey guys,I need your opinion on what's the better deal,the Echomap UHD 73sv with the GT56 or the Echomap UHD2 73sv with the GT54? Thank you.

Both are $850

GT-56 is the better transducer, but the UHD-2 is the better base-unit.

 

I'm questioning why they're selling in those pairings - logically it'd be the UHD with the GT-54 and the UHD-2 with the GT-56

I think I read that there were a few of these units sold in this configuration?I may be wrong though(I have been reading so much about this lately that it all blurs together!)😆

Agree w/MNF's thoughts; but given the two options you posted, I'd pick the better unit (UHD2) over the better transducer myself (since neither are LS transducers).

The UHD2 73SV touch screen does come with a GT54 transducer for $949.99.  The 9" version comes with a GT56 for $1199.99.
