it is what I love.  I get bored with "Same-o-same-o".  nothing gets my bass fishing interests up like slipping into a new lake.    this lake is far.  but I suspect my free-rig will be a big question mark for the smallies there.  I promised myself to fish a decent smallie lake this year and this is my run at it.  

 

just gas money.

Ah, a fellow salt and fresh water switch hitter. 

 

The ocean out here on the Outer Banks is ALWAYS trying to kill you in a kayak, which is why I mostly surf fish. Kayak is for sliding onto neighborhood stocked bass ponds and the sound side for me.
