Which line would you suggest for my tourney special baitcast and quantum spinning reel. Im using it mostly for cranks, spinners, buzzers. I use my quantum for jigging.

Id use trimaxx 6 lb on ur spinning reel in green The baitcaster id go with 14 lb trimaxx green also..

15 or 20 lb test on the spinning reel and 30, 40 or 50 lb test on the baitcaster.

Great article.  So your not concerned with matching lb. test of the braid  to the recommended lb. test of your rod?

i have 14 lb vanish on my spinning reel right now. but i've heard a lot of bad things about it. im not too concerned about the line test matching the rod test. the rod is medium heavy on my baitcast and i like to use a shakespeare ugly stick for jigging because i feel more. i wouldnt want to go way over about 20. Also someone told me trilene would be good

what kind of jigging? if you are pitching jigs i'd go with 14lb McCoy mean green, if you are casting jigs in open water i'd use 6lb McCoy. on the baitcaster i'd use 10lb McCoy maybe 12lb.
