paul

Paul st croix has one of the best warrentys on the market ... i once sent them 4 rods ,, no questions asked 2 days later all 4 were brean new on my porch ..... put them in a tube with 20bucks and send them in ,,, im sure you will have no troubles ..... ;D

I have not heard pf anyone having any problems with the warranty from St Croix. The warranty for Quantum and Daiwa rods are even less stressful. From what I hear you just bring them back to the place of purchase and take one off the rack.

St. Criox says not to bring back a broken rod to the store. If you have a probelem with one of there rods send it to them. But other then that I have never had to send back a rod. I see you got a rod that has a life time warnnty. But the only way that is it good is when you fill out that little card that comes with the rod. If you didn't you better find some one to fix it for you.

tipptruck1,

Is right on St Croix does not have a return to store policy. The warranty is Limited Lifetime.

The rod should have been registered online Herewithin 30 days of the purchase.
