I have this stubborn jar of pickles in the back of my fridge I cant open.  lid is too tight.    JUST KIDDING!!

 

I am going to up my fitness to the next level.  my cardio is kicking ass.   I dont even breath hard in daily life anymore.  jog up stairs, climb a tower crane, run up a hillside.  easy.

 

but I am a bit of a weakling if I am being honest with myself.   I have quit more gyms than I care to admit.  

 

so, I am going to introduce my body to the BURPEE.    hahah..start slow, methodical, get the form perfect and take it from there.  the first 10 this morning sucked. :D  I'll try to do 50 a day.  throughout the day.  I am a civil engineer in the field..a supervisor, so I can do it right there in the field or office.   40 to go.

Don't forget to schedule in a few off days and keep getting plenty of sleep.

That's when we adapt—insert improve.

Remember, we cannot exercise out a non-supportive diet.

So take a serious look at that as well.

thanks a lot.  I am working with a Dietician.  but great point..  sleep is my superpower. :D
