I am looking for a 2 piece frog rod that can handle heavy cover but also have enough tip for accurate casts and walking the frog. Looking at the Shimano Poison Adrena 7'2H (172H) and Poison Adrena 6'6HSB (166H-SB/2). Looking for a slightly lighter rod, as I was using a Dobyns Kaden 765 flip but that was too much of a broomstick for me. Will be pairing with a Zillion HD. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

It’s not a 2-piece but the triza dragoon is excellent.

2 piece as in ferruled in the blank, or would a handle joint suffice?

2 piece ferruled in the blank. Needs to be able to fit in a compact car.
