Zillion Big Brains, randomest question

Love my zillions. However the plastic shroud/ring around the cast control cap unseats itself a lot on one reel. Annoyingly...

Are there replacement parts? Is there some trick I am obviously missing to keep it secure? It seems to rotate and sort of click or catch and is solid then 3 casts later it's jiggling.

I've installed a metal one from the steez A. Looks so much better. If you want to just fix yours, remove the cap, rubber ring, and lift the collar. Then put a small amount of gel super glue, and put it back, it should be good to go.

And yes there are replacement parts. I had to order from plat in Japan for a cast control cap, both washers, and the pinion. Daiwa USA will also have some parts (and has to order others). Mike’s reel repair has some. You have to dig around.
