1. who is the manufacture?

2. how does it compare to say the curado 100D or diawa Sol?

I have 2 Citica200D and a Cruxis200D, and am looking for slightly smaller reels, the curado100D and sol are perfect, just curious because then prolite is just as small.  Iknow the chronarchMg is the best next to the pixy, but both of those are just out of my price range.

I have a Curado, several older Shimano's, some Quantums and too many others to mention. I bought a Prolite Finesse combo last year and like it just as well as any of the others and better than some. I'd buy another in a heart beat.

I forgot. I am 90 % sure they are made by Pflueger.

I also have a ProLite, like it for lighter lures.  Smooth and casts well with the ITB system.  They advertise this reel for finesse fishing.  The Curado is twice the price at $200, so I would expect a proportional increase in overall performance but have never used one.
