Is it a fluorescent line?

I had never heard of it until you mentioned it.  Look at Berley's website and there it is.

I've been looking for a cheap fluorescent line to fill a few reels for night fishing.

Burley...does this have alot of stretch? I know RW uses it for SENKO fishing. Because the rod is glass I don't want alot of stretch. Thanks.
