I'm trying to find an online store where I can purchase a Powell rod.  I would prefer something other than Tackle warehouse as they tend to be slow. Any ideas?

Never heard of TW being slow, but if I order in the morning from these guys, I will have a package waiting for me the next day at lunch. Free shipping on that rod too.

I think you may be getting TW confused with Land BF.  Now they are slow.

Go to the site above and find a dealer.  Dealers are located in every state keyed in blue.  I usually order from the dealer nearest to me, The Tackle Depot in Wichita, KS.  They don't keep all models in stock but they can order what I want and I usually get them in two weeks.  

USACproshop.com has all models in stock and will ship them for free, and it will show up in a couple days!!!

fourbizzle, I should have spoken to you before I bought my Powells.  My first rod from The Tackle Depot was free shipping but that was it.
