What is the best crankbait rod i can get for around 100. i can go lower but dont want to go much higher.

Probably an Avid on sale right now in a 7' M action if you like faster tips. I like a softer tip while cranking so I use this.

Watch eBay, they go on there all the time for $100-$110.  That includes shipping.  

Save an extra $50 and go buy a carrot stick.  Having a cranking rod right now is going to do you no good. It's almost thanksgiving, even if you use it you may not catch anything. So save an extra 50 and buy a carrot stick.

If you can squirrel away some money for a couple of weeks, the Shimano Crucial CB series is a fine stick. I have 2 of them. They're around $129. Otherwise, look into the St Croix premier line for around $100.

well ya know what, my friend has an avid, and it feels real nice, and when i saw that deal i knew it wouldnt be there for long and i just couldnt pass it up.

For me, I ordered a TBC66MF. I wish it was the new Legend series with the split grip, but for $132 instead of $220, I can live without it.
