I just snagged a brand new curado 101d on ebay for a great price. I wasnt really looking for a new reel but the price was right and i bit. Now i need a rod to put it on. Im not sure what kind of set up i am looking to put together but i am thinking of possibly going with a heavy rod with this reel for jigs. What rod would you guys recomend for my curado 101d that would compliment my other two setups?

My current arsenal: Shimano Stradic 2500FI w/ G Loomis GL3 SJR842 (Medium power/fast action) and a Chronarch 51mg w/ G Loomis GLX MBR783c (Medium-Heavy power/ Fast action)

784 or 844 in IMX  

I second the 844 imx.  I have one and the few times I used it loved it.  The rod is currently for sale.  If your interested see my posting in the flea market section.  The only reason I'm selling it is because I want to start using all the same brand of rod.
