A skippin rod for tubes and senkos? Drop-shot/Finesse rod? For 3/8 oz jigs or lighter and Football jigs a 6'8"-7'3" MH?

I would tend to agree with the previous poster.  I would get a spinning rod that can handle Drop Shots, Shaky Heads, lightweight jigs and finesse lures.  You seem to have everything covered (I assume you use your topwater rig for spinnerbaits as well?).
