Ande Backcountry line

Featured Replies

I heard alot of good things about this stuff on a saltwater board. Dont see why it wouldnt be good for freshwater too? Any you guys used it? What did you think?

I use Ande exclusively for saltwater use.  I use to use it for all freshwater applications until smaller diameter lines became available.  Ande never went to smaller diameters ( as far as I know).  I believe Ande holds more world records than any other line.

Buddy of mine owns a shop here, he does a lot for CAST.  He spooled me up last yr with the backcountry blue to try out.  I was very impressed.  Not a ton of memory for a monofilament and VERY soft.  Held up well and certainly a lot of bang for your buck.  This product gets the Low Budget Thumbs up!! :)
