I'm guessing he got a fake LC lure?

yeah I wouldn't touch any of those "LC" and "megabass" lures on ebay. Unless they are showing the original packaging.

Sure he bought some fake LCs and is now venting. I some some obvious fake ones on Ebay last i checked.

Most of the fakes I have seen make no bones about being fakes.  They call themselves LC-Styled or Megabass-like, or something similar.  I sell and buy on ebay all the time, and have never gotten a counterfeit bait that I did not know was counterfeit... When buying, I ask questions, do a bit of research, and have taken time to make sure things are kosher before bidding...

There are lots of people painting plastics from Jann's and selling them as custom painted LC look alikes.

But all the baits I saw stated that in the description.  Sexy shad seems to be the new fav. color.

If the seller lied and you used Paypal to pay for the transaction then dispute the charge and the seller will be forced to take it back or refund you a portion of the sale. Don't just let the SOB take your money.

they have a way around that 2

they charge u peenys for the lure and tons on shipping then when u return it u dont get ur shipping back

Exactly...They'll argue they didn't say it's an actual LC lure. That's how they win as well.Gotta pay attention to the fine prints they try to pass off.

I know a guy who sells fake gucci purses and believe me he wins the argument every single time simply because he didn't say they weren't real ones. His wording was so good it fooled alot of girls.Very sad...Because these girls paid anywhere from $100-$500 for these...only to get a $25 dollar cheap brand.
