Abu Garcia Black Max 3600

Featured Replies

Anyone still using these?  I've got one from the mid 90s that still works really well.  In fact it still has a place among my Revos and newer Quantums.

I had many Daiwas, and Shimanos from the mid 90s all are broken, but the Black Max 3600 is still really smooth.

I still use mine, It has been abused and mistreated for a decade now and sill going strong. I also have upgraded to a new Revo, but my Black Max is the reel that made me a die hard Abu guy.

I have 2 rods with this reel on them and I use them on every trip.

I LOVE the old black max!  One day I'll pass them down to my son, I bet they'll still be working just fine.
