I sent my 3 Curado rebates first week in March.  Till this day I have not received any of them.  It's been almost 6 weeks & now I am very concerned about my rebates.  I've sent other rebates for fishing line on the same day & those were also 4-6 weeks delivery, I recieved those.

I sent all 3 Shimano reel rebates in an envelpe & had it certified mail.  I got the certified confirming it was signed at the rebate center about 4 weeks ago.

Is there a phone number that I can call to find out what is going on w/ my rebates?

I'm in the same boat as you and even in that same time frame. I am not too concerned about it yet, but I will be when May rolls around.

It even says on the bottom of the rebate form, 'Allow 4-6 weeks to process the request'.  You say it's been 'nearly 6 weeks', then say that you got your delivery receipt 'about 4 weeks ago'.  Which is it?

I would imagine they have been swamped over the last month, especially in light of Tackle Warehouse's closeout on the Curado and Citica.

Emailed Shiamno & they said my rebate checks were mailed yesterday.

I sent mine in on Dec. 12, 2007 and received it the first week in April. Almost 4 months. I e-mailed them in Feb and they told me they had been mailed. Good luck.............Al

I got my curado as a christmas present from my gf, we sent the rebate in pretty soon and got the check in the mail within 4 weeks or so, maybe they're just swamped with people buying them last minute!  I believe the last day is 4/29?

My Abu rebates came in pretty quick. Just received my first shimano rebate last week for my purchase at the end of Feb.

Patience man it will be coming.

These things take time just like most rebates.

I didn't recieve my rebate yet, but I did get a letter a couple weeks ago that they needed the UPC off the box to process it.   Funny you would think they would have put that somewhere on the rebate form, I read everything on it looking just for that and it didn't say anywhere to put the UPC with it just a copy of the receipt.   So I guess I am in for anouther 6 week wait, oh yeah it was 6 weeks before they sent asking for the UPC.

Look at #2 on the first part of the form. It's there.

Why wouldn't you have it in hand by 4/30?  Where do you live, Alaska?

If nothing else, spring for the faster shipping option.

You don't HAVE to buy from ***. The coupon is generic. You can use it at any authorized Shimano dealer. Granted you might spend an extra $20, but you still get the rebate.

No I live in TN.  I guess I will just have to spring for the faster shipping.  But free is always better!  Oh well d**n bait monkey wants a carrot stix too.
