Falcon rods

Featured Replies

I have been looking at Falcon rods for a long time and really want to try one out but i don't want to spend money on something im not sure about when i could go buy a rod i know i will be happy with. Just curious on your take on falcon rods in general. Quality, durability etc.

Go buy one, you will love it. I have a Lowrider XG worm rod. It is a great value for around $109. I haven't tried their lower priced or higher priced line. But, the quality is definitely there. The Lowrider has a 5 yr warranty too.

Try the Falcon you will like it.  It is not a Loomis but a good rod

I have a Lowrider but have only used it for a month. Really like it though. Pretty much my dedicated spinnerbait rig but it's hauled in some nice 3lbers. So far so good....but again I haven't used it long enough to comment on the durability.

I've been using a pair of Cara's for over a year fishing for sand bass and hybrids and swung alot of fish in the boat with 'em...so far not a single issue other than they need to be cleaned up a bit!

I noticed you're in the D/FW area, go over to Southwestern Parts and Service in Dallas and take a look at 'em, they have pretty much the whole line on display.

I have one of the falcon cara rods and it is very light and I really think its a great rod.
