I'm thinking about purchasing this baitcaster, but I was wondering first if anyone has one, or knows someone who uses one. If so, could you give me some honest opinions on it?

Oh, and one more thing, has anyone had to deal with Pflueger's customer service?  How is it?  

i have a few pflueger reels and never had a problem where i needed customer service.

I own it. I think it's a great reel. I own that and three revo stx's. I think it holds up well.
