Rod reel combos.

Featured Replies

i would reccommend you buy this reel its regular $190 but is on sell for $120 plus quantum has a $50 rebate on them so you end up getting a $190 reel for $70 bucks... cant beat that with a stick...

i dont know what rod im going to pair it up with yet... i couldnt pass this reel up... ive been looking for a bad review on it all day and havent found one yet... lol

If you are a new Baitcast user start out with a combo until you get the hang of it, once you do then buy separately and match the rod and reel for what technique(s) you will be using it for.

well i have my spinning rod that i use for my soft plastics, what kind of rod or reel do you sugest for spinners/buzzbaits?

Personally i use a 6'6'' Medium heavy/Fast action casting rod and a Shimano Citica 100dsv. some people use 6'3'' rods and some use 7' rods, it all depends on what feels comfortable to you.
