I have a spincasting reel and it works fine but when a fish pulls or i have a heavy lure, the line just goes out  and it doesnt stop? is there a way to fix this?? Thanks

Do you know how to set the drag? I'm not sure how to set the drag on spincaster reels, but that seems to be the problem.

nope i tried that and i didnt work

Remove the front cap and check to see if the pickup pin on the rotor is working and actually picking up the line. Sounds like it might be sheared off.
