I just tried to use that for a rod but it didn't work.  Maybe it doesn't qualify or I just did it wrong.

They offered free shipping last year, but not right off the bat. As the holidays got closer the incentives got better.

you have to have $100 or more worth of stuff in your shopping cart. once you do, at the top of your cart, you'll see:
