Anybody use them? Visited there store few weeks ago and handled them and they seemed very nice. Guy working there said they were made by diawa and comparing them side to side with daiwas they seemed the same. Always liked daiwa reels. Will probably buy a new spinning set up in the near future and think I'll go St. Croix rod and reel.

If they are half as good as their rods I would buy 'em

I would definitely investigate the support the reels will have after the sale.

If something breaks, who can fix it?  Will St Croix back it up 2,3 or 4 years from now?

They have a 1 year warranty and St. Croix does the work I was told.
