question for bcr803 owners

Featured Replies

the description on loomis' website says that this rod is perfect for 3/8 oz jigs. a 3/8 oz jig with a trailer will weigh just over 5/8 oz (thanks Rooster) which is the max on this rod's lure rating.

do 3/8 oz jigs with trailers feel a little too heavy for this rod?

thanks

thanks. ive placed an order for the glx version for my 3/8oz jigs.

You'll love it, I have the 802 & 803 in MossyBack, although not the flagship GLX or an IMX these rods are sweet...a very large step up from my old BPS rods.
