was looking on TW at a Kistler Magnesium TS 6'9" drop shot rod.  anyone have or use one???? thoughts, good or bad??????  very compelling with the price tag.

I have a Magnesium flippin stick that I like a lot but I've never used their spinning rods.

Simmons has a couple of the old Helium LTA rods (HE66MLS & HE66MS) for $130 a piece.

i also have a kistler helium 2 ltx 6'9" m/h spinny that i have a hard time putting down in the summer chuckin' shakeys on. just wondering if i will have the same luck with the droppy??

Ditto that.  Got one today.  Give these guys a shot- their service is amazing.  Look up Kistler rods on ebay, find Simmons sporting goods as the seller, and look in their eBay store.  Good stuff!
