  1. This is a great question. I’ve had FFS for almost 3 years and I think it’s frustrated me more than anything. First year I spent way too much time trying and thinking I could effectively target the fish I want, I use it more now to find the right scenarios I want, and just go about fishing for the fish that are present. Evidently I suck at targeting and seeing my lure!
  2. Jimbo (Bubba to me) used to fish the Occoquan reservoir with us! He is top notch one of the best people I’ve ever had the privilege to call a friend!! Tell him little Jon says hey!
  3. Wow, that’s awesome!! I’m glad you got on them, the jb is always on my boat, year round. Keep crushing them!!

  5. It’s fairly shallow already, incredible that they spent all that money to do what they did. Top end (off huntsman and goldenball) is only about 5’, much deeper down closer to the dam. Wish I could give you an idea about what to throw and where but I haven’t really put any time in down there this spring good luck though, supposed to be a pretty nice day!
  6. I’ve had a soul patch for 25+ years, weird to think about shaving it at this point, guess I’ll keep it…..
  7. Pretty good population of snakeheads in there as well. Caught a bunch of small bass last summer and fall in there. Still not even remotely close to what it was before they drained it
  8. It’s never a simple or easy thing to do, may the happy memories and the best of times carry you through

  10. I’ve kinda jumped the the higher heat, more bite rye’s and bourbons/whisky. This has been a fun journey looking for as many of the small batch quarterly releases of Booker’s
  11. I’ve found it down here for $25, might have been on sale though, hope you enjoy it
  12. I find it lacking much of anything, I feel as if it’s been watered down.
  13. Nice fish!!! To bad it’s not a recent pic!!! Leaves on the trees are a dead give away!!?
  14. Cold and dirty, nothing to see here, move along............. stay off my res..........
  15. I have a few friends that fish Smith fairly regularly, some good fish in there but tough!!
