Need suggestions for a swimbait/pitching reel

Ok, so I've decided to start upgrading my equipment. I've decided on a Carrot Stix Heavy action rod for swimbait and possible pitching, but I need to get a reel to go with it. I have a $200 budget, and I need a left hand retrieve and something strong enough to handle 2 ounce lure sizes and 20-25 lb test line.

Can anyone help me with this?
