Ordered a Zillion "CrazyCranker" a few minutes ago.   Gonna make Jimzee's day and ruin Burley's, so all in all it was a good purchase just for that reason.  

Just make sure you get a reel cover for it.  I can take a crappy Quantum getting beat to hell, but in the name of all that is good and holy, don't beat the sainted Japanese reels.

It is the USDM version from Big Rock.  They have the HSL in stock but have to special order and drop ship the Cranker.

Don't worry if this global warmin ever breaks we will get together and hit the water again.  I never did get you onto Panbowl last summer.  I am definitely gonna be going to Cedar Creek more than once this spring and summer.

I have been checking out Cedar Creek a lot myself. I stopped by the tackle shop down there and talked to one of the guys that worked there. He gave me a lake map and pointed out a few spots where he has the best luck during the different phases of the year.

One of my friends just moved close to the lake so I got pretty good access to it whenever I want. I went down there about a month ago and was amazed at how good that lake looked.
