Vicious Fluorocarbon Line?

Featured Replies

I think that this line is new this year! Just want to know what you think of this line if you have fished it and compare it to the other Fluo. lines? I have been fishing Berkley 100% Fluo. last year and that was a good line for me.Any info on the Vicious line would help and to see if I want to pick some or not!

a few years ago I fished with vanish transition but had a few problems with it and switched over to the Vicious flourocarbon.  I fished it last year and have not felt the need to even try the berkley 100% so I personally love the Vicious flourocarbon as well as the mono.

I've tried Vicious Fluoro and had a lot of breakoffs so I never tried it again.  Maybe I just had a bad box, but I didn't want to experiment, so I switched lines.

I use 17lb for my jig/worm fishing and I really like it! If you can spend the extra $$ BPS XPS fluoro is a great line with less memory. But for my money I choose Vicious! Also KVD line and lure does help with memory but Vicious still retains some of its memory. :D

Actually, they have been making fluoro since they started business 2 or 3 years ago.  I really don't care for it, one spool you won't have any problems with but the another spool from the same peg at the tackle store will be nothing but constant breakoffs.
