Are these any good??? Are they close to a Basstrix or not?

Why I ask is the local fishing store has both of them. And they have them for $6.99 for a pack of 4, or $7.49 for a pack of 3 w/ weighted hooks. The nose part of the included hooks have a spring clip similar to a Horny Toads hook. It has lead weight on the the bottom of the hook & looks like it's around 1/4 oz.

I don't care for the color selection, I'm sure I can find something close to a bluegill or shad.

What's "new" about the basstrix is that they are a tube style bait.  It's the hollow section that is supposed to give this bait a unique action.

basstrix still have the best paint schemes by far.

imo they are nothing like the basstrix. i can't seem to get the tail to move  as much as i would like. the basstrix can be fished slow and the tail has lots of action. i like the lake fork magic shad as well. the only way i can get the poor boy swim baits to move right is when i use them for snook and tarpon in a steady to  heavy cuurent. hope this helps.

i love them! if i have 1 complaint, it is that they rip really easy.
