When i fish fresh water i use straight braid, but in the salt i use a mono leader..... Just wondering what everyone's preference was for knots going from braid to mono for leader line? (i use 40lb suffix w/40lb mono leader in salt if that makes a difference).

I use a basic cinch knot for saltwater braid to mono, performs as well as anything else I have tried and it's real easy.

Inshore : 15 braid, 30 mono

              20   "      40   "

Offshore:  30 braid  60 mono
