I read an article a couple years ago on Tackle Tour about the rods.  They look interesting enough.  I would like to see how that grip feels in person.  The rubber might make the rod a little on the heavy side, tell us what you find out.

I hear it is pretty awesome stuff.  There is no stores around here that carry them so I can't see for myself.  I am going to try and get a piece to sample.

I have a Big Bear Rod.  The red one.  won it in a contest.  they are definitley nice rods, but there are def. better alternatives for $160.  I thought the rod is a bit on the heavy side.  Handles are decent, cool concept.
