    They aren't really all that fast.  The 7' MH is a decent spinnerbait rod.

    $50, I got mine for $39.99! They are not fast at all though. Mine is a 7' M/F and it will almost bend tip to butt!

    Decent, not great.

    You could do worse for $50.  I hate the handle and foregrip on these rods.

    I guess everyone is different, the handle is quite comfortable for me. I agree with the other posters about not being too stiff as the fast action name implies though it's not as parabolic as most glass rods. I have not had a problem with hooking or losing fish using this rod.

    I'm also a bit puzzled seeing them listed as X-fast in the BPS catalogs...

    I have one I picked up in the last year or so and it certainly is nowhere even closed to being XF or F
