i went to bass pro tonight on a mishion to get a new mh 7' spinning rod for my penn4500ss....but....i ended up not finding somthing i liked(but that orange carrot stick ?) i grabed a allstar gt40x moderate light for $60 and a cheap pflueger trion for 29.99(not a bad reel for the money) i tryed it out in my pond and like this combo ;) Its not like my texas allstars but compared to my dads fenwick hmx and falcon lights its holding its own ::) i allmost got a 7" somthing? mh carrot stix looked cool *** hell :) ANY ONE else rocking the allstar gt40x?(sounds like a ford lol)
