How often should you re spool hybrid lines?

I know braid can last awhile sometimes 2-3 seasons, but mono should be changed often. So what about a hybrid line should it be changed more like mono or can you leave it on a little longer? For reference say its fished only like 2-3 hours a week.

I don't know for certian how often you should respool, I can tell ya what I do...btw, spinning has 8 lb yozuri ultra soft, baitcast has 12 or 10 lb depending..anyways, I fish somewhere around 16 to 20 hrs a week, in our wonderful resivors that have really dirty water. I usually respool every 2 weeks, depending on how my line looks, I'll respool sooner if I think I need new line.
