crucial vs. avid

Tough choice really.  Both are great performers (equals in my opinion), one is cheaper and one is made in USA.  Pretty much just have to decide if the price difference is really a factor for you.  Either way you can't make a bad choice between these 2.

x2,but to me avid has a slight lead imo.

Avids are really nice rods. Don't have a Cruicial, so I can't compare, but I've heard good things. Both have a nice warranty.

The more bass I land with this rod the more I believe it to be the best rod available by any manufactory.

Shimano Crucial CRC-X610MH

Length: 6' 10

Line: 10-20 lb

Lure: 3/8-3/4

Power: Medium Heavy

Action: Extra Fast

except I would top it with a 100B ;)

what techniques do you use on this rod?
