Shimano Clarus vs Fenwick eagle GT

I want to get your guy's honest opinion on which one of these casting reels would be better to match with my Curado. I have always used Fenwick but have heard good things about the clarus. Also what size would you get 6'6? or 7'?

That the rods would have been better as rug beaters and snake sticks than for fishing.

IOW, go with the Clarus.

i have two clarus in the 6'6'', one with a curado, and they're great...IMO, light and sensitive for the price.

Clarus is the better rod and I just bought it a few days ago.
