Yamamoto baits
Another popular bait is the Shad Shape Worm for drop shotting. They are $4.79 for a pack of 10. My favourite would have to be the Kut Tail Worm other than a Senko.

Best customer service I've received
I've had a few warranty encounters with Moen and they are a great company. The customer support is very friendly and helpful.

Favorite Co-Poly Line ?
McCoy Mean Green would be my choice.

Curado 50e for $120 - Yes or No
Yes, that is a great deal. The 50E is a very popular reel and people are willing to pay 150 for it.

Looking for a chartreuse lipless crankbait
Check out the Jackall TN on TW. A bit on the expensive side. However, the hooks are super sharp, stands up on bottom, super loud and can take a beating.

Microwave Guides?
Never used these guides before, but doesn't anyone else think that they are ugly? Almost like training wheels on a bike.

Only 5 Baits You'd Take To Any Lake
1) Squarebill - great for shallow cranking rocks to stumps. 2) Lipless - fish it from shallow to deep ripping out of grass to bouncing off rocks. 3) Senko - who doesn't catch fish on a wacky or weightless senko!? 4) Spro Frog - open water to grass mats. 5) Rage Craw - 1/4oz pitching to punching by just changing the bullet weight.
- Quality snap recomendations please??

This Just In- Pflueger President Limited Edition
I agree it looks exactly like my Supreme XT, except in red. Now I want one because I'm a huge President fan.

Id This Hard Bait
Those are definitely Lucky Craft eyes, so I'm going with the Sammy as well. It could easily be from their saltwater series or from Japan. The hooks were changed out to red in front and feathered rear.

18 Plus Pounder. Go West Young Man
It's a shame to see that fish dead. You would think that in 2015 where everyone has a cell phone with a good enough camera, a bunch of pictures would be enough. I show people my fishing pictures all the time on my phone or upload them onto social media like facebook. With a catch that size, I would probably take a few more of the fish with a tape measure or even a short video (which everyone phone has). It's within their legal rights to do whatever they want, just sad to see.

Lures Ruined?
Try rinsing them off with dish wash soap and then letting them air dry for a few weeks. The smell will eventually fade if you can place it in the sun without someone stealing them.

Citica I Rant
I agree, Shimano doesn't make sense. They shouldn't put the Curado on sale if they were going to introduce the Citica I so soon or if you're going to have the sale, then delay the Citica arrival.

Citica I Rant
I was surprised to see it at $150 retail too. The prices will drop eventually so it's not that big of a deal. As for the "septon knobs getting sticky", I had issues with the grey ones that originally came with the Curado Es. I don't agree that they denied it because they did improve the quality on the black ones, which you can get as replacements/ones on the Chronarch E.

Citica I
They can be had on eBay right now for $150. Looks great.

Colors For Brown And Green Water
No one can give you a real answer. You'll need to experiment to find out what works for you and the body of water you fish. Geneerally when fishing stained or muddy water, you want the fish to find the bait, go with a bigger profile, rattles, and brighter colours.

Curado I Drag Issue.
Clean off as much grease as you can off the drag washers, it actually decreases pressure.

The Big Fight
You can't compare Tyson who was knocking out guys left and right in his prime. This fight is worth the $100 if you're a boxing fan and will most likely go to a decision. I agree it should have happened a long time ago and lost a bit of steam. I'm pulling for Pac, see Mayweather winning this. I have a feeling if it goes to a close decision, they will give it to Pac setting up a rematch. Too much money involve here and boxing is known to be corrupt.

Soft Plastic Slipping And Tearing
x2 Get yourself a bottle of Mend-It. I fish mostly Gary Yamamoto's, they are expensive and are known to have an average of 1-2 fish. These plastics has gone through a few seasons and I keep on repairing them. They work fine.

Your Favorite Cheap, Limp Mono
McCoy Mean Green.

Chronarch E's On Sale At Gm & Cabelas
Unless you care about that little extra weight, pick up the Chronarch and use that money saved to do upgrades to your reel. Boca bearings, Longer handle, maybe an aluminum drag star if you don't like the graphite one. Stock, both reels perform the same due to having the same spool except different colours.

Xcalibur
This. Unless they are being discontinued for good, there is no reason to pay crazy amounts for these baits. Nothing special about them like the pre-Rapala warts.

Always Bring A Scale (Or Tape Measure)
You should have released the fish. Maybe the next time you catch it, it will be even bigger. If not, give someone else a catch to experience the feeling of catching a PB. I'm not sure, but that fish might be full of eggs and by releasing it, it will allow the fish to spawn and make babies. Keep the gene pool going and populate a pond people say doesn't hold bass. BTW, you could have measured the fish with basically anything. Your rod, shoes, etc then go home and see how long it was.

Weird Cloudiness In The Lake
It's probably an algae blooms, either that or they sprayed chemicals or done something to kill off all the weed.
